That is a startling fact. In 2018, 1 in 3 seniors will die with Alzheimer\u2019s or some other kind of Dementia making it now the 6<sup>th<\/sup>leading cause of death in America. That\u2019s more than breast and prostate cancer combined. In America,\u00a0<strong>16.1 million<\/strong>people are providing unpaid care for people with Alzheimer\u2019s or other Dementias. That takes a huge toll on the caregivers who are usually close family members and friends.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Your Choice Senior Care is committed to helping the aging population and especially those with Alzheimer\u2019s and other types of Dementia. We have armed our workforce with the tools needed to provide the most specialized and personal care to those with these diseases by putting them through in-depth training through the\u00a0<strong><u>Alabama Dementia Education and Training Act.\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>This act requires them to be educated on the different types of Dementia diseases and the best way to provide care in these scenarios.
